- Executive Senior Executive Utility Department Location Kosamba Department Utility Experience Required 5-6 years in Pharmaceutical HDPE Bottle Manufacturing Qualification Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 1 Role Overview The Executive Senior Executive - Utility will be responsible for operating monitoring and maintaining all utility systems to ensure uninterrupted and efficient plant operations The role includes adherence to SOPs maintaining documentation performing regular inspections and supporting audits 2 Key Responsibilities Operate monitor and maintain all utility equipment such as compressors chillers cooling towers air dryers MTC HRTC DG sets pumps RO plants water distribution systems and storage tanks Maintain logs and documentation including daily utility logs maintenance records downtime reports and checklist documentation Conduct regular inspections and support ISO Safety and Quality Audits Maintain stock of essential spare parts consumables and tools Ensure proper functioning of utility systems to support IBM Injection Blow Moulding operations used in pharmaceutical HDPE bottle manufacturing Prepare and manage schedules utility reports and technical documents Work with basic computer applications for documentation and reporting Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures SOPs Support daily operations through coordination with production and maintenance teams 3 Core Functional Competencies Solid understanding of air water vacuum and hydraulic systems Thorough knowledge of utility requirements for IBM machines Understanding and ability to implement SOPs and safety practices Ability to troubleshoot utility equipment and identify improvement areas Technical expertise in utility equipment operations and maintenance 4 Behavioral Competencies Strong motivation and commitment to high performance Ability to work independently and in shifts Attention to detail and proactive approach Good communication coordination and problem-solving skills Ownership of tasks and ability to handle documentation diligently
