As an Executive of Retail & Mill Operations at Ayonij Agrofarms Pvt. Ltd., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and productive operation of our flagship retail store and Freshly milled Atta & Coldpressed Juices facility. Your expertise in Effective Communication, Community Management, Retail Management, Inventory Management, and Food Safety will be crucial to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and involve actively in the daily operations of our retail and mill facilities, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. Handle last-mile quick deliveries
2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and maximize profitability in our retail outlets.
3. Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent stockouts.
4. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and implement best practices to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
5. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance community engagement and brand reputation.
6.



Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
7. Lead the retail vertical, implement and execute effective strategies in co-ordination with the Founding team in scaling the vertical.
