Qualifications & Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Journalism, and Public Relations

 3 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Media

Relations, or related field.

o Handled Corporate Communications o Handled Internal company communication o PR amplification on Brands

 Prior experience in Consumer Durables, FMCG and FMEG. Compulsory

 Prior experience of agency will be an advantage. Compulsory o Preferably from MSL, Adfactors, Genesis BCW etc.

 Resident of Mumbai ONLY

Internal Communications

 Assist in planning and executing PR & communication campaigns related to corporate and Brand

 Coordinate with cross-functional & CAT Head teams to gather and disseminate key organizational updates.

Public Relations

 Support the development and execution of PR strategies aligned with business objectives.

 Draft press releases, media notes, leadership quotes, and briefing documents.

 Coordinate with PR agencies for media outreach, coverage tracking, and reporting.

 Assist in managing media interactions, interviews, and press conferences and events.

 Monitor media coverage and prepare regular media reports and analysis.

Social Media Communications

 Assist in planning and executing corporate social media content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

 Coordinate with internal stakeholders and agencies to develop content aligned with brand and business objectives.

 Draft and publish social media posts,



employee advocacy content, and leadership communication assets.

 Monitor social media performance, engagement metrics, and industry conversations.

 Track and report social media campaigns, trends, and competitor activities.

 Support amplification of corporate announcements, product milestones, employer branding initiatives, CSR activities, and leadership thought leadership content.

 Ensure all social media communication adheres to brand guidelines and corporate communication standards.

Skills and Competencies

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Excellent in planning and execution.

 Strong content writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.

 Strong understanding of designs and brand guidelines.

 Good understanding of media relations, corporate communications, and digital communications.

 Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.

 Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a quick-paced environment.

 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
