Responsible for production planning, inventory control, and material requirement planning to ensure timely manufacturing and material availability for pharmaceutical operations. Coordinates with Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to achieve production targets, optimize inventory levels, and maintain uninterrupted operations in compliance with GMP requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor monthly, weekly, and daily production plans.
- Develop manufacturing schedules and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities for smooth production execution.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain safety stock of materials and finished goods.
- Generate MRP and ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials.
- Monitor supplier deliveries, production progress, downtime, and schedule adherence.
- Support continuous improvement in planning and inventory management processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in pharmacy, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3-5 years of PPIC/Production Planning experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
- Knowledge of GMP, production planning, inventory management, and MRP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
