We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive - Operations (Control Tower) to monitor and coordinate pan-India sample movement, ensuring seamless logistics operations and timely delivery. The candidate will be responsible for tracking sample movement, monitoring operational performance, managing exceptions, and ensuring adherence to defined Turnaround Time (TAT) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor pan-India sample movement from collection point to destination.
- Track phlebotomist activities and ensure timely completion of sample collections.
- Monitor sample pickup, transit, and delivery status in real time.
- Maintain end-to-end visibility of all active sample movements.
- Identify delayed, missed, or at-risk sample movements and initiate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with phlebotomists, field teams, logistics partners, vendors,
and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle operational exceptions promptly and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues as per the defined escalation matrix.
- Monitor adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Update operational systems and live tracking dashboards accurately.
- Prepare daily MIS reports, operational dashboards, and exception reports.
- Ensure proper shift handover with complete operational updates.
- Drive continuous improvement by reducing missed pickups, delayed samples, and unresolved operational cases.
Required Skills
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced operational environment.
- Knowledge of logistics, diagnostics, or healthcare operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
