About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Counsel / Contracts Specialist with strong experience in commercial contracting and legal advisory. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing commercial agreements while partnering with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Review, draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts from both client and vendor perspectives.

- Provide legal support for business proposals and commercial transactions.

- Review and advise on RFPs, RFQs, tenders, pre-bid queries, deviation matrices, bid compliance checklists, cover letters, declarations, and Powers of Attorney.

- Identify contractual risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.

- Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to support business objectives while ensuring legal compliance.





- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments impacting the business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B./LLM preferred).

- 2+ years of experience in contract review, negotiation, and commercial legal advisory.

- Strong understanding of commercial contracting, legal risk assessment, and contract governance.

- Experience handling RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and related bid documentation.

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced business environment.

- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
