Job Summary

Position Title: Executive - IT

Department: Projects and IT

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: Project Manager - Projects and IT

Key Performance Areas

- Assist in the installation of parking equipment, servers, and terminal CPMS (Car Park Management System) at project sites.
- Set up and test network infrastructure to ensure robust connectivity.
- Maintain high service standards through effective performance of CPMS and effective client management.
- Conduct training sessions for site staff on generating key operational reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute new project installations and manage the ongoing maintenance of all Secure Parking systems and equipment at various sites.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards as per client commitments and consistently strive to exceed expectations.
- Participate in IT training programs and provide customer support as required.
- Manage asset inventory, including desktops, laptops, printers,



and other IT hardware; perform additional technology-related duties as assigned.
- Conduct a weekly One Audit (Cash) as per standard procedures.

Requirements
- Preferably male candidate.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT hardware and networking management.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong email communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as a dependable team player.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Educational background:
- B.Sc. (IT)Diploma in Computer TechnologyCCNA
- MCA
- GNIIT
- Or a recognized diploma in IT Hardware/Networking
- Willingness to travel for work-related assignments.
