III KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities - o To ensure the amenities and electrical appliances are there in the rooms as per the defined standard o To ensure the common areas are spic and span as per the defined standards o To execute and ensure cleaning schedule is followed o To conduct briefing and allocate the staffing for the areas o To update and record all cleaning activities o To ensure that the grooming of all contractual staff is as per the standards o To ensure garbage is segregated and disposed off in the defined area o To ensure that as per the defined standards the linen is complete in all In-patient areas o Responsibility of Total Hospital Linen its Laundry Stocks in circulation o To coordinate with Engineering department for maintenance o To impart training to the contractual staff o To inform and record the missing items from their allocated area to Team Leader HK o To be well groomed punctual adhere to company policies and practices o To ensure that all housekeeping assets like equipment Linen and consumables are used and stored properly to prolong their life o To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme DMP of the hospital o To Comply with the service quality Process environmental occupational issues policies of the respective area o To Comply with patient safety policy o To ensure secure utilization of equipment s and proper waste disposal system
