Carryout all activities of FP & A of all countries, monthly Management reporting, consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, Parent company reporting and Preparation of Financials for yearend audit
Responsibilities:
- Handling Hyperion Financial Management system to ensure monthly closing and adjustment entries. Meeting deadlines given by corporate office and parent company.
- Preparation of Monthly Management reporting packs of all countries and publish to country managers. Collating required information for Management discussion.
- Consolidation of accounts on monthly basis, passing necessary entries. Preparation of Monthly Consolidated reporting pack and send to FP&A; manager for review. Sending final reports to parent company
- Receiving budget and forecast numbers from entities and ensure the same is loaded into Hyperion.
Preparation budget and forecast presentations and sending the same to corporate for final revision.
- Variance analysis and explanations to be given to parent company reporting team.
- Preparation Financial Statements for Audit and supplying necessary reports and confirmation to the auditors.
- Preparation of Ad-hoc reports for group controller and CFO.
- Ensure standards and policies are met in discharge of duties. Update the knowledge and skills from time to time to ensure global reporting standards are followed.
