Stakeholders Internal Information Technology, Operations-all teams, Finance, Premier Academy (Training), Marketing, Agency Channel, Partnership Distribution Stakeholders External C. Key Result Areas Approval of Business cases/EJDs Assist in decision making related to approval of Business cases/EJDs taking into account all relevant aspects and their impact on business. AIA reporting Review Quick Report (due on 3rd working day) and Long report (due on 10th working day) on monthly and quarterly basis

GOE Budget Roll out

` Ensure timely roll out of Annual GOE budgets to all the departments post approval of Business Plan from the Board of Directors Business Planning Revenue Planning, Cost Planning, Target KPI s, Business planning workings and presentation and overall approval Expense Allocations Review and analyze the expense allocation on a month-on-month basis and ensure circulation within 1 working day from closure of expenses. Constantly work towards improvement of allocation methods and revisit assumptions around drivers/channels/LOBs ` Channel Allocations: Prepare channel wise allocations on a MOM basis required for long report.





Distribution finance support

Review the products, RnR initiatives, product mix, profitability by channels and provide recommendations D. Skills Required Technical Thorough understanding of Finance and Accounts functions/systems Recommended to have knowledge on insurance processes
