Key Responsibilities

- PO Inwarding: Track POs due at each mapped warehouse daily; ensure timely inwarding; follow up on pending, short, or excess receipts and resolve discrepancies with warehouse teams.

- Marketplace Order Processing: Ensure all marketplace orders (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) are processed and shipped within SLA across all warehouses; track pendency and order ageing.

- Returns & POD Management: Ensure return shipments are received, Proof of Delivery (POD) is entered and updated in the system, and returns are processed and reconciled against inventory.

- Quick Commerce Dispatch: Monitor quick-commerce order queues (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.) and ensure picking, packing, and dispatch happen within tight SLA windows at every warehouse.

- Bin & Inventory Checks: Schedule and track cycle counts / bin checks across warehouses; follow up on discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.

- Issue Resolution: Act as the central point of contact between warehouse teams and business/central teams; troubleshoot day-to-day process, system, or manpower issues remotely and escalate when required.

- MIS & Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly trackers (Excel and internal systems) on inwarding,



order processing, returns, dispatch, and bin-check status; flag exceptions to management.

- Coordination: Liaise with warehouse managers, transporters, and marketplace / quick-commerce teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum: Graduate (Bachelor's degree) in any discipline.

- Candidates with 12th pass + relevant warehouse/ops experience may also be considered.

Experience Required

- 0–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics.

Skills Required

- Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP/formulas, pivot tables, data tracking and reporting).

- Comfortable working with WMS / ERP / order management / marketplace seller-panel systems.

- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills for remote issue resolution.

- Ability to manage multiple warehouses simultaneously and multitask under SLA pressure.

- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with ownership of end-to-end issue closure.
