Job Summary

Walkaroo Foundation (The CSR Arm of Walkaroo International Pvt. Ltd.) is seeking a passionate and committed CSR Field Executive to support the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives across Kerala. This is a field-intensive role that involves working closely with communities, government departments, implementation partners, schools, and beneficiaries to ensure effective project delivery and meaningful social impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the implementation of CSR projects at the grassroots level.
- Conduct regular field visits to project locations and monitor project activities.
- Coordinate with government officials, implementation partners, schools, community organizations, and beneficiaries.
- Collect project data, beneficiary feedback, photographs, testimonials, and other information required for project documentation.
- Assist in preparing project reports, case studies, success stories, presentations, and other project-related documents.
- Support the organization of community meetings, awareness programmes, training sessions, exhibitions, and project events.
- Track project activities and timelines and report progress to the CSR team.
- Maintain project records and documentation in an organized manner.
- Represent Walkaroo Foundation professionally during field visits and stakeholder interactions.

Eligibility & Skills

Essential

- Bachelors Degree or Postgraduate Degree from a reputed institution.




- Freshers with a strong passion for social development and community engagement are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Robust interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to field conditions.
- Commitment to working closely with communities at the grassroots level.

Desirable

- Up to one year of experience in CSR, NGO, community development, or social sector projects.
- Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Experience in event coordination, volunteering, or community engagement activities.
- Basic understanding of project monitoring and reporting.

Additional Information

- Candidates based in Kerala or willing to relocate to Kerala are preferred.
- The role requires extensive travel within Kerala.
- Periodic travel to and work from the Walkaroo Corporate Office, Coimbatore, may be required for meetings, reviews, training programmes, and project-related activities.
