Location : Navi Mumbai.

Type : Full Time

Timing: 9:30 am to 6pm

Working Days: Monday to Saturday, with 2 Saturdays off and all Sundays off.

Role Overview:

As a Key Account Executive, you will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client coordination Schedule sample collections and manage client communication.
- Customer support Handle queries via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution.
- MIS reporting Prepare reports and manage data effectively.
