We're looking for a one of a kind Executive Assistant Intern to the CTO: someone who can take a busy founder's day-to-day and run it brilliantly, with Claude as their primary tool. You'll work directly with our Co-Founder and CTO, building and running the Claude Code infrastructure his work depends on.

This is hands-on, detail-obsessed operational craft. It's an internship on paper, but we want someone genuinely outstanding. A superstar early-career operator who does this better than people twice their tenure. This is not an ordinary internship, we will help you accelerate up the career ladder with a mentorship program that is second to none.

? The Role

You'll own the journey from scrappy request to finished output, living inside Claude every day.

- Setting up and running the CTO's entire Claude Code infrastructure: projects, workflows, skills, connectors and agents
- Day-to-day executive admin: diary, inbox triage, meeting prep, follow-ups and keeping the CTO's world organised
- Acting as admin for our project management and collaboration stack: Claude Team, ClickUp and related tools




- Working with trusted access inside the CTO's own setup and across live team projects
- Turning loose briefs into polished, high-quality outputs, rapid

This is execution at a very high standard. You take direction on what to build, and you nail the how. ? Who This Is For

- Masters Degree completed or in progress. Non-negotiable.
- Exceptional with Claude and Claude Code. Non-negotiable, and how we'll assess you.
- Completely fluent in the AI-native way of working: tokens, context, prompts, agents and systems
- Preferably a software or data degree underneath the MBA. This role sits at the frontier of AI and the bar is high.
- Trustworthy and discreet. You'll hold access to the CTO's systems and treat that as sacred.
- Obsessive about detail and quality. You sweat the edge cases.
- Scrappy and resourceful. Given a target and clear direction, you find the path.
