We’re Hiring: Event Specialist

Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon)

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Mode: On-site, with flexibility based on event schedules We are looking for a creative, organised and execution-focused Event Specialist to curate and deliver memorable events across Gurugram and the Delhi NCR region.

In this role, you will manage the complete event lifecycle—from developing concepts and coordinating vendors to overseeing on-ground execution and evaluating outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Curate engaging event concepts aligned with brand and audience objectives

Plan timelines, budgets, venues, logistics and production requirements

Source, negotiate with and manage vendors, venues, artists and other partners

Coordinate invitations, registrations, guest experiences and event communication

Work closely with internal, creative, marketing and operations teams

Manage on-ground execution and resolve last-minute challenges

Ensure events meet quality, safety and brand standards

Track budgets, maintain documentation and prepare post-event reports

Build a reliable network of event partners across Delhi NCR What We’re Looking For:

2–5 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, hospitality or a related field





Strong experience independently executing corporate, lifestyle, community or brand events

Excellent planning, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills A creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and changing priorities

Robust written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required

Familiarity with venues and vendors in Gurugram and Delhi NCR is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, hospitality, communications or a related discipline is desirable Why Join Us?:
