Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions for international clients
- Provide accurate, timely, and customer-focused resolutions
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and communication
- Ensure excellent customer experience across all touchpoints
- Adhere to quality standards, SLAs, and performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduate or Graduate Freshers(Any Stream)

• Minimum 6 months of International Voice Experience (Mandatory)





- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (UK/US) & from office

Compensation & Growth
- Minimum 30% Hike on Last Drawn Salary
- Maximum Package: Fresher - Up to 4.5 LPA

Experienced Up to 7.15 LPA
