Role Description The Event Sales & Business Development Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The primary responsibility is to generate new business opportunities and bring in clients for our event production and management services. The role involves identifying prospective clients, building strong relationships, pitching event solutions, preparing proposals, and converting leads into long-term partnerships while achieving sales targets.





Skills & Qualifications - Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in an event management or event production company.

- Previous exposure to corporate events and the events industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
- Experience in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Existing network of corporate clients is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
