We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Event Manager & Business Development Executive to manage event execution while driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, preparing proposals, managing exhibitions and events, coordinating site operations, and ensuring successful project delivery from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute exhibitions, corporate events, and event infrastructure projects.
- Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, vendors, and site operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely installation, execution,



and dismantling.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project reviews.
- Ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout project execution.
- Prepare project reports and provide post-event support.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Event Management, or Project Coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project sites.
- Experience in Events, Exhibitions, HVAC, Temporary Structures, or Infrastructure will be preferred.
