Key Responsibilities - Lead business development initiatives across exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and B2B eve-nts.

- Develop strategic relationships with exhibition organisers, venues, trade bodies, and corporate clients.
- Drive exhibition infrastructure sales including stalls, shell schemes, branding, registration areas, furniture, electricals, carpeting, air-conditioning, and event support services.
- Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, venue coordination, and client servicing.
- Coordinate with design, operations, fabrication, logistics, and vendor teams for seamless execution.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, contracts, and monitor project profitability.




- Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and annual contracts.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management or related field. 3–6 years of experience in exhibitions, events, business development, project management, infrastructure services, or venue management. Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
