About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven EV Logistics Manager to lead our electric vehicle logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily fleet operations, ensuring timely deliveries, optimizing routes, maintaining high service quality, and leading field operations teams. This role requires strong operational leadership, data-driven decision-making, and excellent people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end EV logistics and last-mile delivery operations.
- Supervise daily fleet movement and maximize vehicle utilization.
- Ensure on-time order fulfillment while maintaining service quality standards.
- Monitor rider attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with dispatch, customer support, and business development teams.
- Ensure vehicle availability, charging schedules, and preventive maintenance.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Resolve delivery escalations and operational challenges quickly.
- Implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and mentor fleet supervisors and delivery partners.
- Ensure compliance with safety, traffic, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery speed, cost efficiency,



and fleet productivity.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in logistics, fleet management, or last-mile delivery operations.
- Experience managing EV fleets is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations and dispatch management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with logistics management software and GPS tracking systems.
