- Review projects received via email or Invitation to Bid (ITB) and assess bid feasibility.
- Create and manage project opportunities in Salesforce while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Analyse construction drawings, architectural plans, and project specifications.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, including:
- Room-level measurements
- Floor and wall square footage
- Cove base linear measurements
- Product specifications
- Use Bluebeam to extract and validate project measurements.
- Develop and maintain structured take-off spreadsheets in Excel.
- Upload marked drawings, specifications, and estimation documents into Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Territory Managers (TM) to discuss project progress and key findings.
- Identify project risks, special conditions, and deviations from requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for estimation and data management.
- Experience with Bluebeam or similar estimating software (preferred).
- Knowledge of construction estimating and cost analysis.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of measurement accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
