We are looking for a consultative ERP Sales Consultant who deeply understands how manufacturing businesses operate end-to-end. You will identify operational pain points across core business processes, articulate the right ERP solution, and drive deals to closure with confidence and conviction.

Key Responsibilities Own the sales cycle from lead qualification to closure including pipeline building, proposals, negotiations & deal signing.

Conduct consultative client meetings; map business workflows (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, Production) to ERP capabilities

Articulate ERP value propositions confidently to Business Owners, CFOs & Operations Heads

Prepare commercial proposals, quotations & ROI-focused presentations for CXO-level stakeholders

Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual revenue targets consistently

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline via CRM; track leads, follow-ups & deal progress





Monitor ERP market trends, competitor landscape & emerging client needs What Were Looking For 5-8 years in ERP Sales, Enterprise Software Sales or IT Solution Sales (B2B)

Robust understanding of manufacturing business processes: Order Management, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, Production & HRMS

Proven track record of closing high-value ERP deals across SME / Mid-Market segments

Familiarity with ERP modules: Accounts & Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, CRM, HRMS, Asset Management

Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in CRM tools, pipeline management & sales reporting

Ability to conduct ERP product demonstrations is an added advantage
