About the Role

We are looking for an ERP Finance Consultant with expertise in Accounting and Logistics &

- Transportation finance processes. The role includes managing internal accounting operations, implementing the Finance Module, and providing functional support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliation, Journal Entries, GST, TDS, and financial records.

- Assist in implementing, configuring, and supporting the Finance Module of the ERP solution.

- Understand customer accounting processes and map business requirements into the ERP system.

- Conduct requirement gathering, GAP analysis, UAT, Go-Live support, and post-implementation assistance.

- Provide functional support, user training, and resolve customer queries related to the Finance Module.

- Coordinate with Product and Development teams for issue resolution, enhancements, and system improvements.

- Maintain company accounts while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

- Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, user manuals, and implementation documents.





- Work closely with customers to ensure successful ERP implementation and high customer satisfaction.

- Apply knowledge of Logistics &
- Transportation accounting processes

, including Freight Billing, Trip Costing, Driver Advances, Vehicle Expenses, Customer &
- Vendor Ledger Management, and Cost Centre Accounting.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

- 3-5 years of experience in Accounting, ERP Finance Implementation, or Functional Consulting.

- Experience in the Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Management, or Supply Chain industry will be highly preferred.

- Prior experience working with ERP products will be an added advantage.
