Job Summary

Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and analytical Employee Relations (ER) Executive with hands-on experience in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving employee engagement, managing employee relations, identifying retention risks through Early Warning Signals (EWS), handling grievances, and partnering with Operations to improve employee retention and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Manage end-to-end employee grievance handling and ensure timely resolution.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, payroll coordination, and workplace concerns.
- Handle employee conflict resolution through effective counselling and mediation.
- Conduct regular floor walks, one-on-one connects, and skip-level interactions to understand employee concerns.
- Identify Early Warning Signals (EWS) and proactively engage with at-risk employees to minimize attrition.
- Analyze and monitor key operational HR metrics such as Attrition, Shrinkage, Attendance, Adherence, and Employee Retention.
- Work closely with Operations, HR,



and Training teams to drive retention initiatives and improve employee engagement.
- Maintain ER case records, MIS reports, and documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of Employee Relations experience in a BPO/Contact Centre.
- Robust knowledge of Early Warning Signals (EWS) and employee retention practices.
- Good understanding of BPO HR metrics, including:

- Attrition

- Shrinkage

- Attendance

- Adherence

- Retention

- Productivity trends
- Experience in grievance handling, employee counselling, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical ability with experience in preparing and interpreting MIS reports.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of Employee Relations experience in a BPO environment.
- Experience working closely with Operations teams is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
