ER Lead will be responsible for conducting investigations into alleged violations of the organisation's policies and procedures. He/She will work closely with other departments, including Ethics, Legal and HR, to ensure that all investigations are handled in a fair and objective manner and that appropriate actions are taken to address any identified misconduct. The ER Partner will be responsible for ensuring that all investigations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and that all evidence is collected and preserved in a manner prescribed by the company.
ER Partner to manage escalations, and identify systemic issues to improve employee experience and organisational governance.

Job Scope
- Conduct preliminary reviews of cases to determine scope and urgency.
- Conduct investigation as per process
- Review certain cases in detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of fact-finding.
- Provide subject matter guidance to Partners and monitor case progress
- Ensure strict adherence to SLA, compliance standards, internal SOPs and labour laws.
- Coordinate with the ground investigation team to gather facts and evidence
- Handle high-severity, sensitive, or escalated cases directly.
- Support Manager with clarifications and guidance on fact-finding.
- Initiate closure discussions with complainants and relevant stakeholders with empathy and professionalism
- Handle escalations and TAT breaches proactively, reporting to the Manager.
- Identify trends, gaps, or recurring issues and suggest process improvements to the Manager.
- Monitor investigation workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive timely closure
- Tracker updation , Dashboard to stake holders, Analytics
- Conduct root-cause analysis and identify trends or systemic issues.
- Maintain audit readiness and ensure case documentation compliance
- Proactive tasks like creating awareness and building capability on policies and processes with People Managers

- Prior experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume setting
- Ability to influence stakeholders
Mandatory Skills:
- Post Graduate with 5-8 yrs experience working with similar domain
- Must have worked in investigations or related roles
- Strong experience in employee grievance handling and case management.
- System skills MS Office, Presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, including highly sensitive conversations.
- Ability to manage escalations and make judgment-based decisions.
