Role Description This Equity Research Intern role is an internship position based in Pune City,The intern will assist in tracking assigned sectors and companies, gathering financial and industry data, and preparing concise research notes. Daily tasks include supporting financial modeling, analyzing company fundamentals, monitoring news and market developments, and contributing to investment theses under supervision.

The intern will help prepare presentations and reports for internal use and client communication, while collaborating with senior team members to refine research outputs and maintain research databases.

Qualifications





- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw logical conclusions.
- Foundational knowledge of finance and equity research, including understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts.
- Ability to build and maintain basic to intermediate financial models and work comfortably with spreadsheets.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to prepare research notes, summaries, and presentations.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard office tools; familiarity with financial data sources is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, curiosity about capital markets, and willingness to learn from feedback in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, manage time well, and collaborate with team members both in-office and remotely.
