Sales Executive (Rooftop Solar)

Job Summary

Responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales targets for residential, commercial, and industrial (C&I;) rooftop solar projects. The role involves customer engagement, proposal submission, negotiations, and coordination until project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Meet customers to understand their energy requirements and promote rooftop solar solutions.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for project feasibility.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project execution teams.
- Maintain customer records, sales pipeline, and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely payment follow-up and customer satisfaction.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Rooftop Solar, Solar EPC, Electrical, or Renewable Energy sales.

Skills Required

- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of rooftop solar systems and EPC processes.
- Basic understanding of net metering and government solar policies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

- New customer acquisition.
- Lead-to-order conversion.
- Revenue generation.
- Customer satisfaction and timely collections.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
