About the Role - Title: Sales Trainee — IT Product (Recruiting Job Board)

- Type: Full-time, Remote
- Training Period: 2–3 months (performance-focused, stipend not applicable during training)
- Compensation: From Month 4 onward — fixed salary + performance-based incentives determined by your results during training What You’ll Do - Learn our product inside out and how it solves hiring needs for employers and staffing firms
- Master consultative selling: prospecting, pitching, demo scheduling, and closing
- Engage prospects via calls, email, LinkedIn, and virtual demos
- Manage and update lead data in CRM with discipline
