About KPCIRC

KPCIRC (Kwatra Precision Cancer Institute & Research Centre) encompasses a multidisciplinary portfolio spanning healthcare, biotechnology, clinical research, and education entities, including BioInCRO, InSilico Academy of Genomic Sciences (ISAGS), and academic programs.

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Enterprise Systems & DevOps Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of our cloud infrastructure, enterprise software stack, and automation frameworks. This is a key technical role responsible for maintaining, securing, and scaling our digital operations across all group entities.

Role Summary

- Position Title: Enterprise Systems & DevOps Engineer
- Location: Delhi NCR (On-site / Paschim Vihar, New Delhi)
- Employment Type: Full time
- Joining Requirement: Immediate to ≤ 30 days notice period
- Probationary Period: 3 Months

What You Will Do Technical Leadership & Enterprise Architecture

- Own end-to-end technology decisions across the group, evaluating and selecting tools while being accountable for build-vs-buy decisions across CRM, hosting, automation, and BI platforms.
- Set the technical architecture for seamless data flow between KPCIRC, OnKommon, ISAGS, and BioInCRO to maintain a single source of truth across entities.
- Define and enforce security, access, and data-retention policies across all systems to ensure compliance and patient-data protection.

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps

- Administer core AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, Route53, CloudFront, SES, and CloudWatch.
- Manage Linux servers, build CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications using Docker,



and handle SSL/TLS certificate management and cloud cost optimization.

Precision Medicine Systems & API Architecture

- Design and own the API architecture that ingests raw sequencing and clinical data to power automated, print-ready, and medico-legally compliant OnKommon Blueprint Care report generation.
- Build and maintain real-time integrations linking sequencing partner outputs, the OnKommon Interpretation Engine, and the FHIR/mCODE clinical data layer (Medplum on AWS) to synchronize order statuses and reports across HubSpot, WordPress, and internal systems.
- Partner directly with the Managing Director to architect AWS HealthOmics pipelines and variant-level interpretation tools for the OnKommon product suite (Blueprint Care, Sentinel, Clear, and Heritage).

Enterprise IT, CRM & Automation

- Manage end-to-end Google Workspace, ChromeOS Enterprise, and MDM deployments, overseeing user provisioning/deprovisioning, OUs, IAM, RBAC, MFA, and SSO.
- Lead HubSpot CRM customization, custom property design, lead routing, sales pipelines, and workflow automation across marketing, sales, and operations.
- Develop and maintain WordPress platforms, manage DNS and domains, and design REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth connections, payment gateways, and automated workflows via n8n, Make.com, or Zapier.




- Implement dynamic PDF workflows for diagnostic reports, offer letters, training certificates, invoices, and contracts embedded with QR codes and digital signatures.
- Develop executive and operational dashboards using Google Looker Studio, Power BI, SQL reporting, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.

Who We Are Looking For

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, MCA, BCA, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, enterprise IT systems, and process automation.
- Portfolio Requirement: Demonstrable GitHub repositories, portfolio, or documented projects showcasing system implementations or automation solutions.
- Mindset: Comfortable being the final technical decision-maker for the group's entire technology stack.

Technical Competencies

- Core Technologies (Mandatory): Google Workspace Admin, ChromeOS Enterprise/MDM, AWS (S3, EC2, IAM), WordPress, HubSpot CRM, REST APIs, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Git/GitHub, GA4, Google Tag Manager.
- Preferred Competencies: Python, Docker, Linux, GCP, React/Next.js, Node.js, FastAPI, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Cloudflare, Google Apps Script, Looker Studio, Power BI, and OpenAI/Gemini API integrations.
