Your Mission

Design, implement, and continuously improve the systems that run our business.

You will work across every department including:

Sales & CRM

Interior Design

Project Management

Your goal is to eliminate manual work, create efficient workflows, and ensure every project moves seamlessly from enquiry to handover.

Key ResponsibilitiesERP Implementation & Management

Lead the implementation and administration of Zoho One applications.

Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Projects, Books, Inventory, Creator, Analytics, Forms, Flow, and WorkDrive.

Build scalable workflows and automation.

Business Process Mapping

Understand existing workflows across departments.

Document and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Convert business processes into digital workflows.

Workflow Automation

Design automations for processes such as:

Lead → Client → Project

Design Approval → Working Drawings

Procurement Requests → Purchase Orders

Workshop Production → Dispatch

Site Execution → Handover

Payment Follow-ups

Approval Systems

Reporting & Dashboards

Develop management dashboards for

Project Progress

Revenue

Procurement

Budget vs Actual

Team Productivity

Project Profitability





Client Status

KPI Tracking

User Training

Train employees across departments.

Improve ERP adoption.

Prepare user manuals and documentation.
