Job Role: Enterprise BI Admin

Experience: 4 years

- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain TIBCO Spotfire Server, Web Player, Automation Services, and SAP BO (BI Platform) components in Cloud & On-prem workplace.
- Maintain Universes (UNX/UNV) in BO and data configurations in Spotfire.
- Administer user roles, groups, and permissions in Spotfire and BO.
- Integrate with authentication systems (LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, Entra ID).
- Configure and manage connections to databases (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA, etc.).
- Manage system environments (Development, QA, Production).
- Understanding of shared storage NAS, FxS
- Perform regular system health checks, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Apply patches, hotfixes, and upgrades for both platforms.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
- Monitor server performance and optimize system resources.




- Tune queries, reports, and dashboards to improve responsiveness.
- Manage caching strategies and load balancing .
- Support migration of content across environments.
- Perform system testing after upgrades or changes.
- Attend business/technical meetings, Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with IT governance standards.
- Provide L2/L3 support to business users and developers.

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year

Experience

- server administration: 4 years (Preferred)
- Reporting/Visualization tools: 4 years (Preferred)
- Spotfire: 2 years (Preferred)
