Job Requirements About the Role The Program Manager will be responsible for managing projects across IDFC FIRST Bank. This role involves overseeing projects that support the organization's strategic direction, establishing and managing long-term goals, and facilitating project execution by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

Develop project milestones and plans.

Facilitate smooth and timely implementation of tasks across various functions.

Identify and escalate bottlenecks and issues promptly, and facilitate their resolution.

Provide regular project and program status updates.

Guide project team members on the Project Management Framework and usage of the Enterprise Project Management Tool.

Secondary Responsibilities

Conduct research and analytics as required, including industry and competitor analysis.

Support the company’s and business unit’s planning and budgeting processes.

Analyze variances, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.





Prepare company-wide and business unit updates and develop presentations for various stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For Education Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI), Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS).

Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (M.Com), Master of Arts (MA).

Experience 0-1 year of experience in Program/Project Management within the Business or Finance industry.

Skills and Attributes Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in using project management tools and frameworks.

Ability to work collaboratively across functions and facilitate resolution of issues.
