Position: Soft Skills Trainer

Location: Narhe, Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training on communication skills, personality development, and professional etiquette.
- Train students in presentation skills, public speaking, group discussions, interview techniques, and resume writing.
- Facilitate sessions on leadership, teamwork, time management, and workplace readiness.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop training content, maintain records, and coordinate with the Training & Placement Cell.

Qualification

- Master's degree in English, HR, MBA, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification in Soft Skills/Corporate Training is preferred.

Experience





- 2–5 years of experience in soft skills, employability, or corporate training.
- Experience in educational institutions will be preferred.

Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online training tools.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.

Preferred: Experience in placement training, aptitude, group discussions, and mock interviews. Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
