We are looking for a senior Engineering Manager with 15 - 18 years of experience to lead large-scale JavaScript/Full Stack engineering teams and deliver highly scalable, reliable, and maintainable software products. The role requires a strong combination of technical depth, engineering leadership, people management, architecture understanding, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience across modern JavaScript ecosystems, preferably with Node.js and React.js, along with a proven track record of managing engineering teams and driving end-to-end product development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage multiple engineering teams responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications.
- Own engineering execution across product development, architecture, quality, scalability, and production reliability.
- Provide technical leadership across JavaScript-based application architecture.
- Drive development using modern JavaScript/TypeScript technologies.
- Oversee frontend and backend engineering using technologies such as React.js, Node.js, and related frameworks.
- Establish engineering standards, coding practices, design principles, and development methodologies.
- Review and guide architecture decisions for scalable and high-performance applications.
- Work closely with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, Security, and Business teams to drive product delivery.
- Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and engineering plans.
- Own delivery timelines, resource planning, prioritization, and engineering capacity.




- Build and maintain a high-performing engineering organization through hiring, mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
- Develop technical leaders and engineering managers within the organization.
- Drive engineering excellence through code quality, automated testing, observability, performance engineering, and continuous improvement.
- Identify technical debt and establish strategies for modernization and refactoring.
- Drive adoption of CI/CD, cloud-native development, DevOps, and engineering automation practices.
- Ensure applications meet required standards for security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Lead resolution of critical production issues and provide technical direction during major incidents.
- Establish engineering KPIs and monitor team productivity, quality, delivery, and reliability.
- Communicate engineering strategy, risks, dependencies, and progress to senior leadership.

Required Technical Skills :

- 15 - 18 years of experience in software engineering with significant engineering management experience.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Solid hands-on understanding of Node.js and modern backend development.
- Strong experience with React.js or other modern frontend frameworks.




- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience designing scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Strong understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native application development.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Docker, and modern software development practices.
- Understanding of Kubernetes and containerized application environments.
- Experience with application performance optimization and observability.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and system design.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
