Good Technology landscape overview including Cloud and DevOps. Ability to effectively multitask and review projects with wide variety and size. A sample project could be a start-up of 5 team members to a customer engagement with 100 plus people team.
Equally Proficient in Managing Complex Products with Modern Architecture/Technology Stack and Product Implementation and Support Projects
Experience of guiding and collaborating with recruitment teams to staff aggressive customer requirements.
Experience of Owning key operational parameters for the entire delivery organization including Utilization and Resource Pyramids
Hands on Development, Design and Architecture experience an added advantage
