Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers while remaining hands-on with development.

Drive technical architecture, solution design, and project delivery.

Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.

Build and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure technologies.

Review code, conduct technical mentoring, and ensure engineering best practices.

Participate in sprint planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.

Support hiring, technical interviews, and team development.
