The Engineering Executive is responsible for overseeing the maintenance safety and efficient operation of all hotel facilities equipment and systems This role ensures that all technical operations run smoothly to support guest comfort and hotel operations while complying with safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules Key Responsibilities Supervise coordinate and execute daily engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel Monitor and maintain all mechanical electrical plumbing HVAC and other essential systems Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to minimize equipment downtime Ensure quick and effective response to guest and staff maintenance requests Maintain records of maintenance activities repairs and energy consumption Assist in managing utility consumption and implementing energy-saving initiatives Ensure compliance with fire safety health and environmental regulations Support the Engineering Manager in planning budgeting and project execution Oversee contractors and vendors for specialized repair and maintenance work Train and guide the maintenance team to maintain high operational standards Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Paid sick time Provident Fund
