Role Description The Engineer - QC is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Rajkot Area. This role involves performing quality checks on electrical distribution panels and related products, ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer specifications, and relevant industry regulations.

The Engineer - QC will develop and implement quality control procedures, inspect materials and finished goods, document test results, and support corrective and preventive actions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with production, design, and service teams, analyzing quality-related issues, preparing reports,



and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in quality management. The role also requires effective communication with internal stakeholders and, when needed, customers or vendors to resolve quality concerns.

Qualifications

- Strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, with experience in inspection, testing, and documentation for electrical or industrial products.
- Proficiency in Quality Management practices, including setting quality standards, implementing procedures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret test data, identify root causes of defects, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing reports, and addressing quality issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience in electrical or industrial manufacturing.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, safety norms, and testing protocols for electrical panels and associated equipment.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Rajkot Area, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a rapid-paced environment.
- Experience with documentation tools, basic MS Office, and quality-related software or instruments is an advantage.
