We are seeking an experienced Engineer II - IT Corp-to-Corp to support and enhance the organization's enterprise IT infrastructure, business applications, and corporate technology services across multiple locations. The role is responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of IT systems while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external technology partners. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, implement IT solutions, maintain documentation, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and user experience.

The position requires solid technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic hospitality environment.

- Manage, monitor, and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and enterprise applications to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, business applications, collaboration platforms, and end-user computing devices across corporate offices.
- Install, configure, upgrade,



and troubleshoot IT systems while ensuring compliance with organizational security policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to implement new technology solutions, system enhancements, and infrastructure improvement projects.
- Monitor system health, analyze performance metrics, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve issues before they impact business operations.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, asset inventories, configuration records, standard operating procedures, and disaster recovery documentation.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives by implementing security controls, managing user access, applying software patches, monitoring vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with IT governance standards.
- Participate in IT projects, technology upgrades, cloud initiatives, and process automation while continuously improving service delivery, system reliability, and user satisfaction.
