The Engineer oversees safety audits, inspections, and training programs to promote a robust safety culture across all levels of the organization. They ensure adherence to standards like ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, manage emergency response planning, and coordinate with regulatory authorities. Additionally, the role includes mentoring junior staff, managing contractor safety, analyzing safety performance data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business and sustainability goals.
