Lead and oversee all laboratory activities related to the anodizing process, including chemical analysis, process control, and testing.

Ensure accurate and timely analysis of bath compositions, pre-treatment chemicals, and wastewater parameters.

Maintain proper documentation and reports as per quality and compliance standards.

Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to troubleshoot process issues and improve anodizing performance.

Develop and implement SOPs for lab testing and equipment maintenance.

Conduct training sessions for lab technicians and junior staff.

Participate in continuous improvement.

Ensure all lab operations adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Experience in anodising or surface treatment labs, with a leadership role.

Proficient in laboratory testing techniques, titration, ICP, UV spectrometry, etc.

Robust understanding of anodising process parameters and their impact on quality.

Experience in handling lab audits, customer documentation, and technical reporting.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
