Job Summary
We are looking for skilled Endpoint Management professionals to design, implement, administer, and support enterprise endpoint management solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Windows endpoint administration, endpoint security, device compliance, and automation. Depending on experience, candidates may contribute as Administrators, Lead Engineers, or Architects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and MECM/SCCM.
- Deploy, configure, and manage Windows 10/11 devices across the organization.
- Implement and manage Windows Autopilot for device provisioning and lifecycle management.
- Configure and enforce device compliance, configuration profiles, and security policies.
- Manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to ensure endpoint protection and threat detection.
- Administer and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPO) for enterprise environments.
- Plan and execute operating system and application patch management activities.
- Automate endpoint administration tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and security posture.
- Troubleshoot endpoint, deployment, and policy-related issues.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to deliver endpoint solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentor team members (Lead/Architect roles).
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager).
- Hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM administration.
- Expertise in Windows 10 and Windows 11 administration.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot deployment and provisioning.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Strong understanding of Group Policy (GPO) administration.
- Experience in Endpoint Security and Device Compliance.
- Hands-on experience in Patch Management for Windows environments.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid device management.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Knowledge of Conditional Access and Zero Trust security concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender XDR and Microsoft Sentinel.
- Experience with application packaging and software deployment.
- Exposure to cloud-based endpoint management and automation.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent are an added advantage.
