Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.Working in PLM environment for BOM preparation and releases

2.Support to proto & manufacturing build

3.Study of concerns from manufacturing and validation

4.Concept development and continuous benchmarking

5.To interact with cross functional team of other department.

6.Design and development of sheet metal parts

7.DFMEA, DFA, DFS.

8.Validation and manufacturing issue resolution.

9.Positive understanding of sheet metal fabrication/ material strength/machining process.

1. Should be able to adhere and maintain all design documents

Experience 3-5 years’ experience in Sheet Metal and Brakes

B.E / B. Tech Mechanical / Automobile engineering.
