Summary:

To maintain and continually improve current business relationships with Arcos contract employee base by providing support and employee relations services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Track causes of consultant turnover.
- Contact contract employees on a regular basis to resolve any employment-related issues. Troubleshoot employee service issues and follow up in a timely manner.
- Document all activities in the appropriate database.
- Work closely with the appropriate account team members while performing these duties and responsibilities. Work closely with other departments and as a team member when required.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Special Requirements:

- Must be able to effectively communicate with all types of people, which include listening and understanding, as well as, conveying ideas and opinions.
- Must be able to develop good relationships with various types of people. Must be able to handle conflict well.
- Must have proficient computer skills.
- Ability to define problems, collect data and establish facts.

Language Skills:

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures.




- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
