Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Investigate and troubleshoot customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution.

Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up until issues are resolved.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).





Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Support and guide junior team members whenever required. ## Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in Email Support, Customer Support, or a similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Robust email drafting and customer-handling skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ticketing tools.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
