Role Overview

We're bringing on an Email & Chat Process Intern to support our remote support team. You'll get practical experience handling customer conversations across email and chat channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries via email and chat promptly and professionally
- Keep accurate records of interactions and resolutions




- Escalate more complex issues to the right team
- Follow communication and quality standards consistently
- Flag recurring issues and suggest small process improvements

What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from any discipline
- Strong written English communication skills
- Valuable typing speed and accuracy
- Comfortable multitasking in a remote setup
- Own laptop and stable internet connection

Stipend: ₹13,500/month Duration: 1–3 Months

Location: Remote (India)
