Dear all, we would like to hire the person for the robot & laser service for the laser welding & robot automation . Roles &
Responsibilities: Install, commission, and test laser machines at customer sites. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance. Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software issues. Train customers on machine operation and basic maintenance.
Prepare service reports and maintain service records. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues. Provide remote and onsite technical support. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service.
Follow safety standards and company procedures. Travel to customer locations as required.
