Role Description The Electrical Engineer will work full time on-site in Pune, contributing to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems used in medical devices. Daily responsibilities include creating and reviewing electrical schematics, selecting components, and supporting power distribution and power system integration for recent and existing products. The role involves troubleshooting electrical issues, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as mechanical engineering, quality, and regulatory affairs.

Engineer will also assist in preparing documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and supporting production and field teams with technical guidance.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, including understanding of electricity and core engineering principles.

Proficiency in Electrical Design, including circuit design, schematic creation, and component selection.

Knowledge of Power Systems and Power Distribution, including safety, reliability, and efficiency considerations.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.

Experience in product development or manufacturing, ideally within medical devices or other regulated industries.

Ability to read technical drawings, use relevant design and simulation tools, and prepare clear technical documentation.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.

Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate on-site with multidisciplinary teams in Pune.
