Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and result-oriented Electrical Project Coordinator with 3+ years of experience in electrical contracting projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate project execution, manage site activities, liaise with consultants and clients, and ensure projects are completed within quality and timeline expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate execution of HT & LT electrical projects at site.
- Monitor day-to-day project activities and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with Architects, Electrical Consultants, Clients, and Vendors for smooth project execution.
- Supervise site engineers, subcontractors, and manpower deployment.
- Prepare measurement sheets, running bills, and final billing documents.
- Prepare and maintain as-built drawings and project documentation.
- Maintain all site-related records, reports,



and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
- Track project schedules, material availability, and work progress.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution activities.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of HT & LT Electrical Systems.
- Experience in electrical contracting or turnkey electrical projects.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Good understanding of project documentation and billing.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, planning, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle manpower and site coordination independently.

Candidate Profile
- B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Compensation
- Salary: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹7 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)
