- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment.
- Monitor the health of motors, drives, transformers, switchgear, and control panels.
- Conduct periodic inspections and implement predictive maintenance practices.
Breakdown Maintenance
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in machines and equipment.
- Minimize downtime by ensuring timely restoration of production equipment.
- Analyze root causes of recurring failures and implement corrective actions.
Electrical Systems Management
- Maintain HT/LT panels, Motors, Gear Motors.
- Ensure proper functioning of power distribution systems.
- Maintain electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to electrical safety standards, LOTO procedures,
and statutory regulations.
- Ensure compliance with electrical inspection requirements and audits.
- Promote protected work practices among maintenance personnel and contractors.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for energy conservation and cost reduction.
- Participate in TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Support automation and process improvement projects.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3 to 8 years of experience in electrical maintenance in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, foundry, or process industries.
- Experience in Machine, Gearbox, Gear motor, and industrial automation preferred.
